I went a little bit lighter on the initial squats today so I could go a little heavier on the full range sets. The leg curl and extension machines are light weight here in Chapel Hill, so I wound up doing more reps and used only one leg at a time on the leg curls. I added in an extra set for both of those as well as the lunges and side lunges. By that point I could barely walk, so why not do the Squat Finisher of Doom? There's zero chance I'll be able to walk tomorrow. Happy birthday to me!
