5FIT (C2 : W6 - Arms/Abs)
Week 6 is in the books. I watched a few videos to help biceps development. Since I have long arms I'm going to be using those tips to help pronate my curls a bit more and see if I can't get a bit more short head stimulation. Otherwise, back at it Monday.
5FIT (C2 : W6 - Chest/Back)
I changed up the cable flys to focus on the upper chest a little more. Got in a good workout and am ready for arms tomorrow!
5FIT (C2 : W6 - Legs/Abs)
Good leg day. Not much of note. Went up in weight on the seated calf raises. Chest and back tomorrow.
5FIT (C2 : W6 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
I threw in an extra drop set at the end of the initial curls... it just felt right. I get those impulses every once in a while, so expect some random stuff here and there. Everything else was pretty standard. I'm thinking about making Saturday deadlift day... maybe.

Week 6... something about Monday has caused a billion people to go to my gym. Not sure why it's so crowded. Got through it regardless. Good weight progress. I'm going to switch up the flys a bit on Thursday to hit my upper chest harder.

One more week down. Not much of note. Time for some rest. I might do some light cardio over the weekend, otherwise on to week 6!

Pretty standard workout today. Keeping the weights and reps consistent. Body fat is also going down quick. Arms tomorrow!
5FIT (C2 : W5 - Legs/Abs)
Keto's going pretty well so far. I honestly don't miss the carb intake very much, and my energy levels are great. I assume they're just going to get better over time. I'm also thinking of adding in some hip thrusts for some extra glute work next week.

I honestly figured I'd be pretty weak in this protein-only state, but the workout wasn't too bad. Got six hours to go before I can eat normally again, but the worst is over. Good workout... on to legs tomorrow.

First week of the cut went down pretty well. Managed to keep my reps and weight pretty constant. I'm going to be doing all protein for the next 24 hrs, so I don't know how tomorrow will go. Unto the breach!

Diet is going pretty well. Belly fat is at an all time low. I'm due for a carb-up day next Wednesday and probably an all protein day Monday. Possibly a week or so from the goal.
Good workout. Pushed the weight a little higher in some spots. Overall everything went well. On to another week!

Gym was a little crowded today, so I actually did some stuff out of order. No big deal though. Got a weird feeling that someone was trying to take a picture of me all sneaky-like... very odd. Dunno if I did something stupid, they're a weird creeper, or if there was a Squirtle on my shoulder. Who knows?

Managed to make it through another leg day. I only did two sets of squats and went up in weight again on the seated calf raises. I might go for a run later since its weirdly warm outside.

I cut my left pinky accidentally on Sunday and I'll be damned if I didn't cut my left thumb today. It's going to make chest/back day interesting, but legs should be fine. Got a good workout today though. No major issues. Swapped the flys and upright rows, but other than that, standard fare.

If there is a hell, it's a gym around new year's. Ugh. Managed to get everything in, but I'm not looking forward to the next month or so. I'm also doing a low carb cut for a couple of weeks, so I may be a little extra bitchy due to the lack of bread. Also expect to see a drop in reps and possibly weight on some things since I'll have less energy readily available.

Good week of workouts. I decided to limit my carbs starting yesterday for a couple of weeks. Aiming for 80g or less per day. Hopefully it kills this last bit of belly fat quickly.

Went up in weight across the board. My chest feels pretty much shot. Biceps are also on fire as well from the back work. Good work though. Chopped wood again today too since my hands are fully recovered from yesterday... hopefully the tolerance builds quickly. Good signs so far!

Good leg day... hit everything without issue. I decided to start chopping wood for five to ten minutes every few days to condition my hands a bit better. Should be a good testosterone boost as well. Onward!

I managed to get on the preacher curl bench today without issue. Nothing else of note... legs tomorrow!
