5FIT (C2 : W6 - Legs/Abs)
Good leg day. Not much of note. Went up in weight on the seated calf raises. Chest and back tomorrow.
5FIT (C2 : W5 - Arms/Abs)
One more week down. Not much of note. Time for some rest. I might do some light cardio over the weekend, otherwise on to week 6!
5FIT (C2 : W5 - Legs/Abs)
Keto's going pretty well so far. I honestly don't miss the carb intake very much, and my energy levels are great. I assume they're just going to get better over time. I'm also thinking of adding in some hip thrusts for some extra glute work next week.
5FIT (C2 : W4 - Arms/Abs)
Diet is going pretty well. Belly fat is at an all time low. I'm due for a carb-up day next Wednesday and probably an all protein day Monday. Possibly a week or so from the goal.
Good workout. Pushed the weight a little higher in some spots. Overall everything went well. On to another week!

Managed to make it through another leg day. I only did two sets of squats and went up in weight again on the seated calf raises. I might go for a run later since its weirdly warm outside.
5FIT (C2 : W3 - Arms/Abs)
Good week of workouts. I decided to limit my carbs starting yesterday for a couple of weeks. Aiming for 80g or less per day. Hopefully it kills this last bit of belly fat quickly.
5FIT (C2 : W3 - Legs/Abs)
Good leg day... hit everything without issue. I decided to start chopping wood for five to ten minutes every few days to condition my hands a bit better. Should be a good testosterone boost as well. Onward!
5FIT (C2 : W1 - Arms/Abs)
I skipped the wrist curls today for obvious reasons. Otherwise, pretty standard workout. My arms are looking a lot more solid. Abs are coming along nicely too. I know the true meaning of the term stubborn belly fat.
5FIT (C2 : W1 - Legs/Abs)
Regular leg day... but my forearms. Good god. My fingers also feel like they're about to fall off. Note to self... never overdo it with an axe ever again.
5FIT (C1 : W10 - Arms/Abs)
Final day of the first cycle! I'm definitely in the best shape I've ever been. Planning on starting the second cycle next week and keeping the changes I've made so far.

Had a great leg day as far as that positive statement can go... hate leg day. Regardless, it's done, and chest/back tomorrow. I did a little cardio on a "crosstrainer" which is pretty much an elliptical stair-stepper... interesting. I might start using that a bit more.
5FIT (C1 : W9 - Arms/Abs)
Final day of the ninth week and it's been good so far. My arms and chest are doing great and my legs are at about the size I want to keep them... damned tight pants. I'd murder a pair of skinny jeans if I were foolish enough to try.

I couldn't get to the leg press today so I skipped it. No big deal. I'll hit it next week when I'm back in Kingsport. Also only had access to a crunch machine, but I used it for static holds as well as slow positives and negatives.

Last day of week 8. Nearing the end of this first cycle and my results are great. For the next cycle I'll probably stick to the same layout and I doubt I'll change much.

Legs and abs today. Not much of note other than the continued glute extensions with heavier weight. Chest and back tomorrow.
5FIT (C1 : W7 - Arms/Abs)
Pretty much the same as last week, except the gym was crowded as hell. Wound up doing cable curls instead of the regular seated curls. I might do the same next week just for a change of pace. As always, rest time.
5FIT (C1 : W7 - Legs/Abs)
Lower back is feeling much better this week, so I went up a little in weight on the squats. I also added some glute extensions since the Y has that specific machine. Good day, and glad to be done with legs for the week. I might try to go for a run tomorrow since the gym will be closed.
5FIT (C1 : W6 - Arms/Abs)
Good work this week. It's getting a bit colder out, so I don't know if I'll be running outside or at the gym. I need to try and work up my tolerance to cold weather. Regardless, I'm pretty sore, so I'll likely run on Sunday. Now for some rest, and since it was delivered today... some Pokemon Moon!

Went heavier on calves and they are absolutely screaming. I also went a little far with my lower back last week, so I'm holding off on the stiff-legged deadlifts this week just in case. Ugh.
