5FIT (C1 : W9 - Legs/Abs)

I couldn't get to the leg press today so I skipped it. No big deal. I'll hit it next week when I'm back in Kingsport. Also only had access to a crunch machine, but I used it for static holds as well as slow positives and negatives.
