THT (G2 : W4 - Legs)

This is the last Leg Blast Experiment for a while, so I'll be back on a normal schedule next week. I'm just shy of an inch in gains on both legs, so I'm hoping to end up around 1.25" total growth per leg in just a few days. As always, the workout was brutal and I'm already feeling the soreness creeping in. If you're looking for some massive gains and are willing to put in the work, the Leg Blast from MuscleHack will definitely fit the bill once it becomes commercially available.


I also ran a little short on time this morning so I'm going to tack calves on to tomorrow's arm workout.
