THT (G2 : W4 - Arms)

I'm not sure a workout can end up going better than this morning. I hit pretty much every exercise in the perfect rep range, increased weight across the board, and had pretty much no issues. Also remembered both the wrist curls and to add on calf work. Good stuff.
