THT (G2 : W4 - Back)

In JC for the back workout this week, so that means wider bars and a bit lower weight on the deadlifts. Everything went well though and I'm feeling pretty pumped. The cardio break feels pretty good too since I'm getting more free time. Chest and abs tomorrow!
