THT (G2 : W4 - Chest)

Fourth week down, and the leg blast experiment is over. I gained almost exactly an inch on both legs, so I'm happy about that. Had a good chest and ab workout today. The smith machines were all taken so I just opted for the regular press machine since I'm bad at waiting. I added reps to the cable crunches and weight to the incline presses, but other than that I didn't stray too far forward. 

Excited to get back at it on Monday!
