5FIT (C2 : W5 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
I honestly figured I'd be pretty weak in this protein-only state, but the workout wasn't too bad. Got six hours to go before I can eat normally again, but the worst is over. Good workout... on to legs tomorrow.
5FIT (C2 : W4 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
I cut my left pinky accidentally on Sunday and I'll be damned if I didn't cut my left thumb today. It's going to make chest/back day interesting, but legs should be fine. Got a good workout today though. No major issues. Swapped the flys and upright rows, but other than that, standard fare.

I managed to get on the preacher curl bench today without issue. Nothing else of note... legs tomorrow!
5FIT (C2 : W1 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
I chopped up a tree trunk today and my hands and forearms are absolutely shot. Good workout, though. I like the cable delt flys because I don't have to wait for the fly machine. Good thing legs are tomorrow. Not sure I can pick up dumbbells!
5FIT (C1 : W10 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
Good workout today... gym wasn't crowded at all and I didn't have any issues hitting any machines. Legs tomorrow!

The gym I'm working at is a little more crowded than I'm used to but it hasn't been a problem so far. Legs and abs tomorrow!

I think next week will be my "off" week since I'll be out of town. I'll likely do some form of workout but probably not this schedule. Regardless, good work today even if the curls weren't optimal. Oh well. Better luck Friday morning!

My chest is sore as hell from yesterday; shoulders too. Good day though. Not much of note other than the extra set of Zottmans and going down in weight on the upright rows for better range of motion. Legs tomorrow!
5FIT (C1 : W6 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
Forgot that I did Zottmans as a drop set last week. I went with two regular sets today and dropped weight on both biceps exercise for a bit better range of motion. Went a bit heavier on the pulldowns as well. Good progress!
5FIT (C1 : W5 - Back/Shoulders/Biceps)
Back development is going well. The preacher curls are also helping me stay heavy on biceps. I'm really liking the Zottmans as well. Legs tomorrow!
5FIT (C1 : W4 - Arms/Abs)
Added an extra exercise for both triceps and biceps... I like the layout and plan on sticking with it for a while. I'm going to go run either tomorrow or Sunday, other than that... rest.

Pretty standard for day two... went a little heavier on biceps but not much else of note. Feeling a little weaker this week for some reason. Hopefully I'll come out of it in the next couple of days.

End of the third week. I added a rep to the curls and am thinking about limiting the dropsets to 3 and adding another exercise for both biceps and triceps, maybe a smaller isolation exercise. Good week though. Going for a run tomorrow, and week 4 begins Monday.

Changed the curls around a bit and used a trap bar for shrugs. I think I prefer the barbell shrugs instead. Regardless, good workout today. Legs tomorrow!

Great second week. I moved all of the leg work to Wednesday and they've definitely taken more damage this week, so I think I'll keep it this way from now on. I'm going to keep heavy on the pinwheel curls and probably go up in weight on the close grip presses next week. Now for some rest.

Switched to the cable pulldown machine for the initial back work, so the weights are a little lower. I'm loving the new layout. It gives me just enough time to recover and hit every group twice per week. Just gotta keep it up!

Final day of the first week. The last day feels like a bit of a hodgepodge, but that's alright. I might move the leg stuff to all mid week, but I'm still thinking that one over. Other than that, good stuff. Now to make some adjustments and go again next week!

Second day of the new program, so far so good. Went for a run afterward and am generally feeling great. Not much else to say... leg day tomorrow!
Back and Biceps - 10/7/15
Well, that was interesting. Kept my main back routine intact but switched out my biceps section for this: BodyBuilding.com - Cory Gregory's Hardcore Biceps Workout
Definitely felt a good pump by the end, and some of the sets were absolutely excruciating. I'm not sure if I'll try it again though. I guess the results or lack thereof will make that decision for me in a couple days.
