THT (G2 : W4 - Shoulders)

I'm staggering my workouts by a day this week to allow for some extra healing before hitting the leg blast a third time. After the second I felt like my first attempt was a bit weak, and I'm sure there's more potential for growth.

Regardless, shoulders went well today. I went up in weight on the barbell presses and shrugs; steady progress. I also did a little cardio since I haven't in over a week.
