THT (G2 : W3 - Legs - 2)
This is the second leg workout this week due to the Leg Blast Experiment. Again, no details, but it was brutal. I may round out my final measurements and hit it again on leg day. Haven't decided yet. The workout is definitely worth it though. I've never felt full leg fatigue like this and the growth has been phenomenal.
