5FIT (C1 : W7 - Legs/Abs)
Lower back is feeling much better this week, so I went up a little in weight on the squats. I also added some glute extensions since the Y has that specific machine. Good day, and glad to be done with legs for the week. I might try to go for a run tomorrow since the gym will be closed.
