5FIT (C2 : W3 - Chest/Back)

Went up in weight across the board. My chest feels pretty much shot. Biceps are also on fire as well from the back work. Good work though. Chopped wood again today too since my hands are fully recovered from yesterday... hopefully the tolerance builds quickly. Good signs so far!
