Inverted the weight/rep scheme again to heavy-light. Chest day and back day were harder, but this scheme makes leg day a brand new living hell. I didn't get nearly as many squats in at the finisher... if I remember correctly it was like 15-12-10 compared to 20-15-15 last week and I had a little head rush. Alright, a big head rush. Things in my immediate vision were purple.
Also the weird placement of the leg curls (and the opposite weight scheme... temporary stupidity) is due to Sgt. Stank jumping in front of me on the leg press as I was carrying a couple of plates over to it. Super nice guy. He didn't wipe it down after using it, so I got to wash the hippy hoodie mildew off myself. Gym etiquette, folks. I'm not always going to get the machine or spot I want. I get that, and it's cool. I'll find something else to do and wait. But clean off your stank film and take a damned shower or go to Asheville and sit with all the other dirty poets on the sidewalk.
On a more positive note, I took the stairs instead of the ramp in to the office and only considered weeping twice. I am a strong, determined little flower. Repeat.
