Ugh. Heart definitely wasn't in it today. I was able to keep good form throughout the deadlifts and got through the rest pretty well. I had planned on staying on the treadmill a bit longer but my motivation is pretty low. Got chest and triceps tomorrow, so I'll hopefully be back in the swing of things by then.
