The idea today was to go heavy and max as much as I possibly could to failure since tomorrow is a travel day and I'll probably wind up doing some cardio in the evening. Pretty much everything was screaming by the end of the leg presses, and I got the sick idea for the Squat Finisher of Doom right before the calf extensions, so I got to dread that for a few sets. Doubt I'll be able to walk tomorrow, but hey, that's the idea, right?
