Went for another heavy day today, but not necessarily to failure since I'm not a big fan of trying to destroy my lower back. Abs, however, I'll murder indiscriminately, and did so. My legs are still on fire from Sunday, so that should subside soon or I'll be granny-walking once the lower back soreness kicks in. Not much of note today. Just staying the course and trying to avoid Sgt. Stank at all costs. I should probably explain that there's a super dirty hippy that goes to the gym in NC and has quite the aromatic presence. I'm not a fan.
