HIIT and Cardio - 10/15/15

First day after THT and the soreness is pretty good. I tweaked my right shoulder a little during the dumbbell presses yesterday, but not too bad. I worked through it and did a little HIIT and cardio this morning. I'll probably keep it pretty light on the in-between days, but days off just aren't in my playbook. So far, so good.

A.M. - Cross Training / HIIT

[Dumbbell Swings - 25/25/25
Dumbbell Squat Clean and Press (single arm) - 8/8/8] (no rest)

A.M. - Cardio

Elliptical - 15 minutes, 17 resistance w/ 3 45 sec. sprints @ 19 resistance

Est. Calories ~ 280

Treadmill - 10 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 5.0 incline
Treadmill - 10 minutes, 6.5-7.0 mph @ 1.0 incline
Treadmill - 15 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 15.0 incline

Est. Calories ~ 510
