Legs - 10/3/15

Stuck with the one weight/rep number scheme again and went heavier with the leg press machine and calf raises. I hit 20/15/15 squats during the finisher and was pretty dead by the end. All of the smith machines were taken when I got there so my cardio was actually staggered, but I kept it together here.
