Cardio - 11/3/15
It's been a while since I did a pure cardio day, so I decided to stick to the treadmill this morning since I ended up skipping cardio yesterday altogether. I'm also pretty sore from the weights yesterday, so it's good to let my upper body heal before tomorrow rather than hit another HIIT session.
A.M. - Cardio
Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-7.5 mph @ 1.0 inclineTreadmill - 40 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 15.0 incline
