THT (G1 : W4 - Monday)
Much more enjoyable than Friday. I didn't forget any plates this time and wasn't homicidal at any point. I'm guessing I had a little lower output with the shoulder presses due to the HIIT yesterday, which I'm fine with. My shoulders are already pretty big and can use the work. I went up in weight on the bench presses, shrugs, and wrist curls, and am planning on some light cardio later today since I was in a crunch this morning.
