More sprint intervals on the elliptical. Felt like I was about to die by the end. I'm shocked that the run has become the most enjoyable part of my cardio. Five-years-ago-me would've called bullshit on that one.

Elliptical - 15 minutes, 17 resistance, 5 x 30 sec. sprints @ 20 resistanceTreadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-7.5 mph @ 1.0 incline
Treadmill - 20 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 15.0 incline
