THT (G1 : W4 - Friday)
One more week in the books. I felt really strong with the squats today so it's time to go up in weight. The bench presses tweaked my right shoulder a bit for some reason. I guess I wasn't warmed up well enough. Other than that I went up on the calves and did the wrong triceps exercise, so I'll make sure to hit the right one next week.
