12/10/15 - Cardio

Went higher speed this time, up to 8 mph. Definitely upped the difficulty a little which is what I was looking for. I'll keep this speed until I get used to it and go up again.

A.M. - Cardio

Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-8.0 mph @ 1.0 incline
Treadmill - 30 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline

Est. Calories ~ 750
