12/13/15 - Cardio

Same story as last time. The higher speed was a little easier but still pretty taxing. I also cut the walk a little short.

A.M. - Cardio

Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-8.0 mph @ 1.0 incline
Treadmill - 25 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline

Est. Calories ~ 700
