THT (G2 : W1 - Shoulders)

This is the first day of the five day growth cycle. It went pretty well though I think I scared a couple of people monopolizing the smith machines. There's three smiths total in my gym, and all were taken by the same guys for 30+ minutes. The guys on the middle machine were doing push-ups and incline presses with 30 lbs. on each side of the bar. Gotta have better sense than that in a public gym.

Pointless ranting and raving aside, I liked the new technique suggestions from MuscleHack on lateral and front raises. My shoulders feel pretty beat up now, so that's good. On to legs tomorrow!
