12/20/15 - Cardio
The run felt great today, but the burpees at the end damn near killed me. I also recently figured out my maintenance numbers are a bit off since I calculated them with total body weight instead of lean body weight. Luckily though I got some calipers and registered at about 11.5% body fat, so that didn't make much of a difference in the number. Just gotta subtract 200, so now I'm at 2900-3000 for training days and 2700-2800 for non-training days.
I also start a five day cycle tomorrow instead of three, so I plan on doing HIIT at least two days a week instead of the inclined walking.

Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-8.0 mph @ 1.0 inclineTreadmill - 25 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline
Burpees - 20 (squat, kickback, pushup, full jump)
