THT (G2 : W10 - Chest)
Well, that's it; the last day of the second growth cycle. I've seen some great gains and am looking forward to some rest days. I'll probably do some cardio next week and maybe some kettlebell circuits toward the end of the week. I'm not sure what I'm going to do afterward, but likely five weeks of the total body cycle.
Anyway, I made rep gains on almost everything and added weight to the dips and cable flys. Also added a bit to the cable crunches and my abs are screaming.
