THT (G3 : W7 - Arms)
Added a couple of reps during the later sets. I can see some good development since the blast day. I also swapped from concentration curls to pinwheel curls to shake things up and hit brachialis. Deadlift hell tomorrow; my veritable Valley of Defilement. (For non-Demon's Souls fans, poison hell).
