THT (G4 : W7 - Legs)

Back in NC this week, so the leg workout was pretty standard. A very militant lady saw me going for the calf machine and jumped in front, then sat there for a bit and never used it... so smith machine for calves. I'm honestly starting to like that method better; silver lining.
