THT (G4 : W7 - Shoulders)

A tree fell on my AC next to my house over the weekend, so that was a fun ordeal. No power for a bit, no internet or AC all weekend... epitome of first world problems. Got the tree chopped up and made a decent workout of it. 

Anyway, moved up in weight and reps on both presses this morning and also on the lateral raises. Nothing major of note other than that. On to legs tomorrow.
