THT (G4 : Blast Week 2 - Arms)
Went back and forth yesterday whether I should do another arms blast this week and decided to go ahead. My biceps and triceps weren't too sore, so ultimately I think I recovered enough from the first one to do some good. My chest, however, is another story. It's wrecked... still. I think instead of another chest blast or leg blast (yeah, those are killed too), I'm going to make my own special back workout for tomorrow and throw in some abs at the end.
I'll do some research and develop it today. Gotta force myself to include deadlifts. Ugh.
