Quick abs/cardio set this morning. I did a short set of near full speed sprints in the middle of the cardio just as a bit of a metabolism booster. I feel so lazy after the cruise, and the shorter workouts aren't doing well for my psyche. The progress looks good though, so I've just got to get over those mental hurdles.
