HIIT and Cardio - 10/26/15

Did a quick set of renegade rows/squat-clean and presses to get my heart rate up and walked a bit later in the evening. I'm trying to rest as much as possible so I don't interfere with growth. Seems to be working pretty well so far as I look bigger and am still losing body fat.

P.M. - Cross Training / HIIT

[Renegade Row Push-Ups - 10/10/10
Dumbbell Squat Clean and Press - 10/10/10] (no rest)

P.M. - Cardio

Treadmill - 40 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 15.0 incline
