Opted for a quick set of swings/clean and presses to get my heart rate up before the cardio session this morning. Nothing out of the ordinary, though I think I'm going to start going a little heavier with the dumbbell. 50 lbs. is starting to be a little too easy, which is both a ridiculous notion and good progress.
