11/29/15 - Cardio
Had a good run this morning and increased the number of burpees by 5. I was pretty dead at the end, so that finisher should keep my metabolism ramped up for a bit, especially considering I'm at the height of recovery from Friday.
A.M. - Cardio
Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-7.5 mph @ 1.0 inclineTreadmill - 30 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline
Burpees - 20 (squat, kickback, push-up, full jump)
Est. Calories ~ 740
