Cardio - 11/18/15

Stuck to my usual cardio routine for a quick workout since I neglected cardio yesterday with weights. The run went well. I'm thinking about doing a 5k on Thanksgiving. Sounds like fun. I've never done one before, though I've run much more than 5k at a time. Never with a bib, though.

A.M. - Cardio

Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-7.5 mph @ 1.0 incline
Treadmill - 30 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline

Est. Calories ~ 775
