Cardio - 11/22/15
I did the usual cardio routine but threw in a set of burpees as a finisher. I was jumping much, much higher than usual, so much so that it was throwing off my landing. Guess an increased vertical is a good unintended side effect.
A.M. - Cardio
Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-7.5 mph @ 1.0 inclineTreadmill - 25 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline
Burpees - 15 (squat, kickback, push-up, full jump)
Est. Calories ~ 735
