12/1/15 - Cardio
Light cardio session today, really just trying to stay in good cardiovascular shape. My goal is muscle gain, but I don't want to be winded at the top of the stairs either. No point in having a Lambo without an engine.
P.M. - Cardio
Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-7.5 mph @ 1.0 inclineTreadmill - 25 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline
