12/25/15 - Cardio

Good run today followed by some awesome Chinese food. Hey, gotta have some sort of holiday tradition, right?

A.M. - Cardio

Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-8.0 mph @ 1.0 incline
Treadmill - 25 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline
Burpees - 20 (squat, kickback, pushup, full jump)

Est. Calories ~ 750
