THT (G2 : W1 - Back)
My both triceps are absolutely killed from yesterday. I stuck with 360 for deadlifts and my grip started giving out right at the end of the final set, so good work there. I really pushed for the final set of dumbbell rows as well. Couldn't have done another rep if my life were in danger.
The HIIT is going well. I added a sprint and plan on doing so until I hit 9 (3 sets of 3), then I might increase resistance and try to hit the same number. I don't want to be doing too many sprints since that'll increase the cardio duration and the likelihood that I'm damaging muscle gains.
I've also never seen a denim trenchcoat before. Dude at the gym strolled out in one. I'm not sure if it was ridiculous, badass, or both. It's like if Neo was on Hee Haw or something. Only in Tennessee.
