THT (G2 : W2 - Arms)
The one major flaw of my local Planet Fitness is that the only preacher curl machine is in the 30-minute workout area, so if anyone is doing that circuit I don't like to jump in and use it. I went with the standing variation today and leaned back a bit to keep constant tension. I also used the normal curl machine in lieu of dumbbells just to shake things up. Much easier to avoid cheating with the machine since it's impossible to swing.
Also screwed up the first set of pushdowns and went a little too light, but I fixed it on the next two sets. No harm, no foul. I'll get it next week.
