THT (G2 : W2 - Back)

I went down on the deadlifts a little this week to get a little better form. I stayed at the same weight for the cable rows as well. Elliptical sprints went well, and my arms are sore from yesterday. All good news.

Elliptical - 15 minutes, 17-19 resistance, 20 sec sprint / 10 sec moderate, 8 sprints total
