THT (G2 : W2 - Legs)
Made a bit of progress over last week and went up in weight on a couple of exercises. My glutes are pretty sore today. The leg presses really got me. Also got word that I'm going to be a lab rat for one of MuscleHack's leg blast workouts. The first one comes next Tuesday. I obviously won't be posting any details since it's not a free download, but after looking at the workout... I'm intrigued and horrified.
Intrigued because I haven't done legs that hard in a while, and horrified because I'll be back at UNC and stairs are involved. Regardless, should be fun!
