THT (G2 : W2 - Shoulders)
Week 2, off to a good start. I went with the smith machine this week for the initial presses and decided to work a little heavier. I ended up failing faster with the first dumbbell set, so that's good. I'm still working on the lateral raise technique. It's hard to beat the bad habits out of me.
Elliptical sprints also went well. HIIT is murder, but it definitely beats more time on the machines and eventually less muscle.
