1/3/16 - Cardio
I'm not sure why, but I've been feeling really drained the past couple of days. Ended up going a little short on the walk after running, but it was still a pretty good cardio set. Worked up a good sweat. Hopefully I'll have a little more energy for weights tomorrow.

Treadmill - 15 minutes, 6.5-8.0 mph @ 1.0 inclineTreadmill - 20 minutes, 3.5 mph @ 14.0 incline
