THT (G2 : W3 - Legs)
Today was a bit different from the normal leg routine. I signed up for a test workout to stimulate leg growth from MuscleHack.com called the Leg Blast Experiment. Depending on the results of the test group it will eventually become a paid workout, so I won't be posting details. It doesn't include calves, so I just did those as normal.
Needless to say, it was a killer and my legs are sore today. It was an intense session and I'll be repeating it Saturday. I highly recommend MuscleHack and all of their programs. Looking forward to this one becoming commercially available!
