THT (G2 : W6 - Arms)

Great arm workout today. A couple of people have commented on my arms unprovoked in the past week, so I guess that's as good of a progress indicator as any. Remembered the wrist curls and didn't have time for cardio due to an early meeting. I'll hit it tomorrow.
