THT (G2 : W7 - Back)

Overslept (unintentionally) this morning for the first time since high school. Felt pretty good, honestly. The extra half hour was worth it. I powered through the last rep of deadlifts and increased reps across the board. A guy asked me for advice on BCAAs at the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday, so apparently I'm that guy now. Probably means nothing, but I've got to get an ego at some point, right?

I'll take it. :)
