THT (G3 : W2 - Wednesday)

I've been starving for the last few days. From that sign alone I know that's a good thing. Add in the soreness and I've got to be doing something right. It was smart to go down a few pounds on deadlifts for my first day doing them in a couple of weeks since the last rep was pretty much all I had. Everything else went well, though I think I'll avoid the preacher curl machine in NC since it's a bit light.
